Bolivia break (68% cocoa content), 50g

Bolivia is one of our bitter fine chocolate coatings, made with 68% wild Criollo cocoa from Bolivia. It impresses with its light fruit acidity and vanilla bouquet, which comes into its own in the delicate, coarsely broken chocolate bars.

Our tip: Chew each piece two or three times and then let it melt between your palate and tongue. This allows the full flavor to unfold.
